Homefront Markets curates and promotes American-made products and American-owned or American-operated businesses through a bi-weekly email newsletter and, in the future, an online marketplace. The Service is provided for informational and promotional purposes.

By providing your email address, you consent to receive our newsletter and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your information.

4 · No Endorsement; Affiliate & Sponsored Content

We feature third-party products and businesses for informational purposes. Featuring a product or business in our newsletter does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee regarding its quality, safety, legality, or performance, nor a certification of its "American-made" status beyond information provided to us by that business.

Some links in our newsletter or Service may be affiliate links or sponsored placements, meaning we may earn a commission or fee from purchases made through those links, at no additional cost to you. We disclose sponsored or affiliate content consistent with FTC endorsement guidelines.

5 · Future Marketplace

We intend to launch an online marketplace where American-made products may be sold by us and/or by third-party sellers. Continued use of the marketplace once launched will constitute acceptance of those additional terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
